Fil-Estate Multi-Line Cooperative recognizes the responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data we collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from the member-owner applicants.

The personal data obtained from this portal is entered and stored within the FEMLC's authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by our authorized personnel. FEMLC has instituted appropriate organizational, technical, and physical security measures to ensure the protection of your personal data.

I have read the Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for FEMLC to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase or destruct my personal data as part of my information.

I understand that this consent shall continue to be in effect throughout the duration of my membership with FEMLC.
